Virtual offices in Dordrecht

De Mijl is a representative office building from 1993 on the Mijlweg in Dordrecht, on a visible spot along the A16 on the city's furniture boulevard. The office floors are reached through a glass entrance with an open staircase and a lift. The 2nd to 4th floors come with air conditioning, mechanical ventilation with top cooling, external screens and windows that open, and the 5th floor has been renovated with a new LED ceiling and renovated toilets. Parking spaces can be rented separately.

Kopgebouw is a new office building at the entrance of the Leerpark campus in Dordrecht, opened in 2023 and easy to recognise by its draped golden facade. Office floors are offered around a central atrium with space for flexible working and meeting, and shared meeting facilities are available in the building. The upper floors are used for higher education, and the building is built to high sustainability standards, with solar panels on the roof and no fossil fuels for its main systems.

Stokholm is a monumental former grain warehouse on the Wolwevershaven in the historic harbour of Dordrecht. Built in 1730 and later fully renovated into a contemporary office building, this national monument has offices at both the front and the back. The front looks out over the Wolwevershaven and Kuipershaven, the back over the point where three rivers meet, and the old town centre is only a short walk away.

De Blaucamer is a small-scale office complex of three self-contained buildings between the Dubbeldam and Stadspolders districts of Dordrecht, right next to the Dubbeldam exit of the N3. Two of the buildings date from 2003 and the third was added in 2012. The complex combines a calm, small-scale character with a convenient location and good parking, with a large private car park closed off by a barrier. Offices can be leased per floor or as a whole self-contained building, delivered in their current state.
