Jay Suites Midtown East occupies the 8th and 9th floors of the DuMont Building, a class A art-deco tower of 42 storeys on Madison Avenue. The 50,000 square foot centre holds 101 furnished executive suites, from single-person units to team spaces for twenty, with panoramic views over Midtown. Four flexible meeting rooms seat six to 24, and members get preferred rates at the Jay Conference facility on the 10th floor for meetings of up to 200. Access is by secure biometric entry, 24 hours a day.

Jay Suites Fifth Avenue is a 90,000 square foot tower just west of Fifth Avenue on 38th Street, the former Lord and Taylor corporate headquarters and the largest building in the Jay Suites estate. It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.

Jay Suites Chelsea is a 50,000 square foot centre across floors four, five, seven and eight of 159 West 25th Street, a block from the Flatiron Building. It holds 52 furnished executive suites, from single-person units up to team spaces for as many as 50 people, including a dedicated enterprise floor. The reception pairs ribbed marble with a living green wall, and four meeting rooms seat five to 22. Members get preferred rates at the Jay Conference facility for meetings of up to 200, with secure biometric access around the clock.

The Yard: Columbus Circle offers three custom-designed floors of private offices, dedicated desks, coworking space and meeting rooms overlooking Columbus Circle.
