A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.

Jay Suites Grand Central sits on the second and third floors of a boutique 28-storey tower a block from Grand Central Terminal. The 23,000 square foot centre has a contemporary lobby with terrazzo flooring and a backlit onyx entryway, attended by a doorman around the clock, and opens through glass into a designer reception. Four conference rooms seat eight to 25. The draw is upstairs: a newly renovated 3,200 square foot rooftop with city views and its own meeting space.
