The Expansive Lounge and the onsite team are on the first floor, with offices on the floors above. This location also offers a dedicated workspace for therapists, counselors and wellness professionals: a quiet, fully furnished room with natural light, full privacy, sound proofing and white noise, reservable by the day, by the month or on demand. Access Passes provide five or ten private day offices a month, usable here or at any Expansive location, and a virtual office plan gives use of the North Center business address for business mail.

Expansive Pru occupies the 35th floor of Two Pru at 180 North Stetson Avenue, in Chicago's East Loop. The floor holds fully furnished private offices and team suites, dedicated desks and a guaranteed coworking area, alongside 2 meeting rooms and 2 private phone booths. Windows look out over Millennium Park, the Art Institute and Cloud Gate. The Expansive Lounge is the social center of the floor, with a shared community kitchen, soft seating, work tables, filtered water and limitless coffee, tea and espresso. Expansive also keeps a private room for working mothers, fitted with soft seating, a dedicated refrigerator, a locking door and electrical outlets. Building amenities include a 7,000 sq ft terrace overlooking the Chicago River and Lake Michigan plus an on-site fitness center. Day offices, conference rooms, lounge passes, an events venue and a virtual office address using the North Stetson Avenue address are all bookable here, and an onsite Expansive team is on hand to help. Secure access controls protect the floor, a shared printer and scanner and mail services are provided, guest wifi is free, and there is bike storage for riders.

Expansive Magnificent Mile occupies the fourth floor of 605 N Michigan Avenue, a classical limestone building on the corner of North Michigan Avenue and East Ohio Street in Chicago. The workspace has floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views of the city skyline and offers a range of options, from team suites and private offices to dedicated desks, coworking memberships, access passes and day offices. Members share the Expansive Lounge, which combines soft seating, work tables, filtered water and limitless coffee, tea and espresso with a community kitchen. Two meeting rooms are equipped for both small team huddles and larger presentations, and a state of the art training room offers configurable setups for in person, hybrid or virtual seminars and events. Private phone booths give you a place to step aside and focus. Offices are fully furnished. A shared printer and scanner, mail services, free guest wifi, a mother's room, bike racks and secure access are all part of the building, and the onsite team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
