It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Jay Suites Chelsea is a 50,000 square foot centre across floors four, five, seven and eight of 159 West 25th Street, a block from the Flatiron Building. It holds 52 furnished executive suites, from single-person units up to team spaces for as many as 50 people, including a dedicated enterprise floor. The reception pairs ribbed marble with a living green wall, and four meeting rooms seat five to 22. Members get preferred rates at the Jay Conference facility for meetings of up to 200, with secure biometric access around the clock.
