Expansive West Loop is the largest flexible workspace in Chicago and the Midwest, filling 19 floors of the former Fashion Trades Building, which opened in 1930 at 318 West Adams Street. The building stands between Wacker Drive and Franklin Street, directly across from Willis Tower, and Expansive owns and operates the whole of it. Inside there are more than 30 team suites alongside fully furnished private offices, dedicated desks and coworking memberships, seven conference rooms, a training room set up for in person, hybrid or remote sessions, and 11 soundproof phone booths, each with a built in desk. Two lounge areas give members somewhere to work informally or meet without booking a room, and the Expansive Lounge on the 17th floor is where guests are met.
