The community lounge sits on the top floor, drenched in natural light from a stunning sunroof, and opens onto The Overlook, a 1,500 square foot balcony patio. Two further event venues sit alongside it: The Hideaway Biergarten, 3,000 square feet of outdoor space under oak trees, and The Penthouse, a 1,600 square foot room lit by Austin's largest skylight. Expansive Plaza on the Lake occupies Suite #100 on the first floor of a Class A office building in the Westlake neighborhood of Austin, with views over Lake Austin and the Pennybacker Bridge and direct access to outdoor trails. Two conference rooms of varying size are equipped with smart TV monitors and a Polycom phone, and the smaller of the two, the Huddle Room, suits small groups. A training room with capacity for up to 30 offers configurable setups for in person, hybrid or virtual seminars and events, and is available for reservation by clients. The indoor community lounge has a community kitchen, soft seating and work tables looking out over Lake Austin, with complimentary coffee, tea and espresso. Members also have private phone booths, a mother's room, a fitness room, an outdoor patio, bike racks, mail services, a shared printer and scanner and free guest wifi. Complimentary covered onsite parking is available for clients and guests.
