Two conference rooms of varying size are equipped with smart TV monitors and a Polycom phone, and the smaller of the two, the Huddle Room, suits small groups. A training room with capacity for up to 30 offers configurable setups for in person, hybrid or virtual seminars and events, and is available for reservation by clients. The indoor community lounge has a community kitchen, soft seating and work tables looking out over Lake Austin, with complimentary coffee, tea and espresso. Members also have private phone booths, a mother's room, a fitness room, an outdoor patio, bike racks, mail services, a shared printer and scanner and free guest wifi. Complimentary covered onsite parking is available for clients and guests.

The Expansive Lounge on the 5th floor is the social heart of the building, with a community kitchen, soft seating, work tables and complimentary coffee, espresso and tea. There are 3 meeting rooms fitted with smart TV monitors, including a Huddle Room sized for smaller groups, a fully equipped training room for workshops and presentations, and 2 private phone booths with built-in desks, ventilation and transparent doors. Originally built in 1978 and newly transformed, the building offers fully furnished private offices, multi-room team suites, dedicated desks and a shared coworking lounge, alongside fully equipped meeting rooms and a training room. The community lounge sits on the top floor, drenched in natural light from a stunning sunroof, and opens onto The Overlook, a 1,500 square foot balcony patio. Two further event venues sit alongside it: The Hideaway Biergarten, 3,000 square feet of outdoor space under oak trees, and The Penthouse, a 1,600 square foot room lit by Austin's largest skylight. Six private offices are currently available, ranging from 577 to 1,658 square feet. The onsite team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and a parking lot surrounds the building.
