Avenue HQ East Parade is at 10-12 East Parade, Leeds LS1 2BH, in the heart of Leeds city centre. It occupies five floors of a Grade II listed building a short walk from City Square and Park Square.

Leeds Station is 0.2 miles from the door, roughly a four-minute walk, and Leeds Bus Station is 0.5 miles. Leeds Bradford Airport is 7 miles away. There is private on-site parking, and NCP The Core, Q-Park Albion Street, Q-Park The Light, JustPark spaces and Central Parking Systems are all nearby. Cyclists have secure bike storage and showers on site.

Seven furnished private offices are available now, from two desks to a 25-desk self-contained unit. Alongside them the building offers open coworking with over 500 workstations across five floors, twelve meeting rooms in the building — seven of them bookable here, including The Boardroom EP and The Gallery Leeds — plus a bookable podcast studio and event space. Flexible desk memberships and a resident dedicated desk are also available, as is a virtual office with a business address and mail handling.

Private offices run at around £350 per desk per month plus VAT, so a two-desk office is £650 per month and a ten-desk office £3,500. The 25-desk lower ground floor unit is £5,800 per month — a self-contained whole floor with its own entrance and fitted kitchen, which is why it prices differently per desk. Offices are furnished and serviced and include reception services, building access via the Avenue app, showers and bike storage. Flexible desk membership is £130 per month or £20 per day, a resident dedicated desk £230 per month, a remote or virtual office £95 per month and Mail+ £50 per month, all plus VAT.

Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Members have access outside those hours via the Avenue app.
