Utopicus José Abascal is a 2,350 sqm flexible workspace in the heart of Madrid's Chamberi district. Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio with Utopicus's own architecture team, the concept takes its cues from the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, which shows in the way the floors are laid out and in the shapes and colours used throughout. Utopicus Castellana occupies three floors of a landmark Colonial building in the heart of Madrid's financial district, on Paseo de la Castellana. The 3,095 sqm space was designed by Mas que Espacio around a retro futuristic idea, a journey into the future in which the past is still very present.
