Collab Coworking occupies 35 Rue de Talleyrand, in the centre of Reims, a five minute walk from the train station and 45 minutes from Paris by TGV. Its private offices run from 6 to 30 sqm, for two to ten people. Each one is enclosed, furnished and soundproofed, with climate control and 24/7 access on a secure badge.
The building runs on 8 Gb/s symmetrical fibre with Wi-Fi 7, and a wired RJ45 connection is available in the offices. Members share a fully equipped kitchen, phone booths, a relaxation area, a meeting room for up to ten people and an 18 sqm photo and video studio. Every private office membership includes a monthly quota of meeting room hours, 100 printed pages and free coffee, with cleaning and utilities covered.
Afterworks, breakfasts and partner events keep the community active, and the premises are monitored. The fit-out was built around insulation, a heat pump, home automation and reuse to limit its energy footprint.
