Inside, a loft atmosphere combines natural brickwork with half timbered elements. More than 2,800 m2 of office space provides fully equipped team offices, coworking desks, several meeting rooms and community areas, with free printing and high speed internet. The site is listed for preservation. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts run on a flexible rolling monthly basis from one month and private office tenants have 24/7 access.
