In the tallest building of the spectacular Bavaria Towers, the Sky Tower, Design Offices occupies seven stories. The whole ensemble embodies the gateway to the urban district Bogenhausen and is characterised by an impressive architecture with sloping roof surfaces, curvilinear forms and a special emphasis on sustainability.

Seven floors feature state-of-the-art working environments with an area of approx. 10,000 sq m and a generous 360-sq m terrace, which can be flexibly furnished to fulfil all new work requirements.

The location itself includes a restaurant. The opposite tower is a luxury hotel. Just outside the door is access to the autobahn and connection to public transportation with which all the important points in the Munich city center as well as the exhibition grounds.
