Expanding our presence in the Hanseatic city in order to meet the growing demand for flexible office space in Hamburg and to play an active role in shaping the media city. The offices, coworking spaces and meeting and conference rooms will be set up at the Hammerbrook district of the Olympus Campus. An entire quarter for science, companies and agencies is growing up in the immediate vicinity. Hammerbrook is a district of Hamburg with an urban office and business area. After being completely destroyed by the air raids in the Second World War, the quarter has been growing since the 1980s – not least because of its particularly good transport connections.

Since 2021 project teams and companies can rent flexible offices and coworking options at Design Offices Hamburg Hammerbrook in the Elbe metropolis. With more than 9,000 sqm, the new location is the largest Design Offices property in Hamburg in terms of space. The location will be the new home for companies, whether sole proprietors, medium-sized firms or corporate groups in Northern Germany and beyond.
