A maker-focused building on Wallis Road in Hackney Wick, run by Mainyard Studios in partnership with the Creative Land Trust. Spread over two floors with high ceilings, it houses maker studios, creative studios, music studios and a coworking area.

Portland House is a light industrial building on Norlington Road in Leyton with roller-shutter access, a secure yard and a sawtooth roof. Mainyard lets it as individual industrial units for production, workshop, warehouse and maker use.

MYO Victoria Street is a flexible workspace occupying two floors beside Westminster Cathedral, a short walk from Victoria Station. Private offices run from 12 to 50 plus desks and sit alongside 13,000 sq ft of communal areas arranged around a glazed central atrium, with a feature staircase linking the second and third floors. Members have six bookable meeting rooms, breakout lounges, focus booths and an on-site concierge team. The building also has end-of-trip facilities with towel service and is heated by air source heat pumps.

A 10,000 sq ft repurposed textile factory on Argall Avenue with maker studios, creative studios and music studios for makers, designers and musicians, plus on-site parking.

A light-filled workspace at Rookery Court in Leyton with private offices, creative studios, a music studio and coworking desks, plus meeting rooms and phone booths. It sits close to Leyton Underground station.
