Expansive Cathedral Square is a six story red brick complex at the corner of North Milwaukee Street and East Wells Street in downtown Milwaukee. Completed in 1986, it is recognizable by its distinctive rounded corners and sits a short walk from Cathedral Square Park in the East Town district.
The Expansive community lounge is on the third floor and combines soft seating and work tables with glass fronted private offices around it. Workspace at this location covers fully furnished private offices with 24/7 access, team suites for growing teams, dedicated desks, coworking memberships and access passes.
For meetings there are 4 meeting rooms equipped with smart TV monitors and remote controls, including a Huddle Room sized for smaller groups, plus a training room built for workshops, presentations and hybrid sessions, private day offices and an events venue. Two private phone booths with built in desks, ventilation and transparent doors give members somewhere to take calls.
