It was purpose built as a flexible workspace in 2006 and holds more than 54,000 square feet of private offices, SmartSuites, meeting rooms and shared amenities spread across six low rise buildings, with outdoor patios, manicured landscaping and more than 300 parking spaces. Workspace here ranges from fully furnished private offices and team suites to dedicated desks, coworking memberships, access passes and virtual offices. The Expansive Community Lounge on the first floor has a kitchen, soft seating and work tables, and there are three meeting rooms fitted with smart TV monitors, including a Huddle Room that suits smaller groups. The Cleo Patio outdoor space is open to clients and guests during the day and becomes an event space in the evenings and at weekends.
