Expansive Denver Tech Center occupies the penthouse floor of the six storey Crescent Clock Tower building, a LEED Gold certified property completed in 1998 on the north end of Denver Tech Center. The workspace offers fully furnished private offices, multi room team suites, dedicated desks and coworking memberships, all built around the Expansive Lounge with its soft seating, work tables, private phone booths, filtered water and limitless coffee, tea and espresso. Three meeting rooms cover everything from small team huddles to larger presentations, and private day offices can be booked for one to four people. The building sits in a park like setting and gives clients an onsite fitness room with weight equipment, treadmills and stationary bikes, a large lobby, indoor bike storage, a mother's room with soft seating and a locking door, and plenty of surface parking including covered spaces on a newly resurfaced lot. An onsite team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and a shared printer and scanner, mail services and free guest wifi are included.

Complimentary parking is available in front of and behind the building in the surface lot, including covered spaces on a newly resurfaced lot. The building doors are unlocked during business hours. Once inside, take the elevator to the 6th floor and meet the Expansive team in the Expansive Lounge.

Meeting rooms, training space and the private event venue can be booked separately.

The Goldsmith Gulch trail runs nearby for a walk or a ride at lunchtime, and a Hyatt Place hotel is close at hand when colleagues or clients are visiting from out of town. A good range of restaurants sits within a mile of the front door. For drivers the building is two blocks from I-25 via Belleview, with I-225 reached via DTC Boulevard, and Orchard Station is less than a mile away for anyone arriving on public transport.
