Expansive Gaslamp

Expansive Gaslamp occupies a 1913 building at 1111 Sixth Avenue in Downtown San Diego, a short walk from the Gaslamp Quarter. Six storeys sit behind the original facade, with ground-level retail on Sixth Avenue and a rooftop terrace looking out over the downtown skyline.

Workspace here ranges from a virtual business address and on-demand conference rooms through day offices for one to four people, up to furnished private offices and team suites on the upper floors. Offices are glass-fronted and fully furnished, and agreements run from month to month to longer terms.

The Expansive Lounge on the third floor is the social centre of the building. It has a community kitchen with refrigerators and a microwave, soft seating and work tables, and free coffee, tea and espresso. Four meeting rooms with smart TV monitors and a conference phone, a huddle room for smaller groups, and three private phone booths cover the quieter end of the day.

The rooftop terrace is set up for lunch breaks and team events, with pergola shading, lounge seating, dining tables and a grill. Other practical touches include an on-site garage reserved for clients, indoor bike storage, a mother's room, secure access control, and a vending machine on the lounge floor.

The onsite team is in the building on weekdays to let visitors in and get them settled.
