The Expansive Katy Building puts flexible workspace inside a historic red brick landmark on the corner of Commerce and Market in downtown Dallas. High ceilings and abundant natural light run through fully furnished private offices, multi room team suites, dedicated desks and a shared coworking lounge, with direct access to public transit.
The Expansive Lounge on the 5th floor is the social heart of the building, with a community kitchen, soft seating, work tables and endless coffee and tea. Five meeting rooms are fitted with smart TV monitors and a conference phone, and the Huddle Room is set up for smaller groups. A training suite handles workshops, presentations and team sessions, and private day offices cover one to four people. Two private phone booths give you somewhere quiet to focus, each with a built in desk, ventilation and a transparent door.
Members also get mail services, a shared printer and scanner, free guest wifi, a mother's room with soft seating and a dedicated refrigerator, secure access and a range of onsite storage options. Expansive owns and operates the building, and the onsite team is available Monday to Friday.
