The building holds four floors of flexible workspace, a bright and spacious lobby, two common lounge areas and a unique tower room. Members have access to 4 meeting rooms equipped with smart TV monitors and remote controls, including a Huddle Room suited to smaller groups, plus 4 private phone booths with built in desks, ventilation and transparent doors. The primary Expansive Lounge is on the 3rd floor and a second common area on the 2nd floor adds further soft seating and work tables. A mother's room with soft seating, a dedicated refrigerator, a locking door and electrical outlets is available, and secure lockable bike racks are provided for cycle commuters. The building also has a covered, gated onsite parking garage reserved for commuters and guests, with monthly and daily rates. Offices come fully furnished, and shared facilities include a community kitchen, complimentary tea, coffee and espresso, mail services, a shared printer and scanner and free guest wifi.
