Expansive Pioneer Building puts your team inside the iconic Pioneer Building, on the corner of 1st Avenue and James Street in Pioneer Square. The historic 12 story building combines its original architecture, including a wood panelled skylit light court ringed by balconies, with contemporary workspace upgrades throughout, and sits just steps from Pike Place Market and the Seattle Waterfront in the heart of downtown.

Workspace here spans SmartSuites team suites, fully furnished private offices, dedicated desks, coworking memberships and Access Passes, plus private day offices and lounge passes for shorter stays. Members share indoor lounge areas, six fully equipped meeting rooms, 14 soundproof phone booths, a community kitchen, a mother's room fitted with soft seating, a fridge and outlets, secure bike storage, a shared printer and scanner, mail services, complimentary tea, coffee and espresso, and free guest wifi.

The building also runs a downtown events venue for networking evenings, seminars and workshops, and sets aside a quiet, soundproofed workspace with natural light and white noise for therapists, counselors and wellness professionals, bookable by the day, by the month or on demand. Virtual office plans with a business address and mail handling are available at this location too.

The location is easy to reach from Belltown, Capitol Hill and Pioneer Square, and quick access to I-5 and I-90 connects it to Ballard, South Lake Union, West Seattle and Rainier Valley. Multiple bus routes and the Link Light Rail serve the neighbourhood, and secure bike storage is provided for bike commuters. Paid metered street parking is typically available directly to the side of the building; if you cannot find street parking, the Butler Garage behind the building is an alternative. To enter, use the "Sales" button on the Butterfly callbox at the front entrance. The area sales manager will let you in and meet you in the Expansive Lounge on the first floor.

Expansive Pioneer Building offers fully furnished private offices, SmartSuites team suites, dedicated desks, coworking memberships and Access Passes. For shorter stays there are private day offices and lounge passes, plus conference rooms you can reserve for client meetings and presentations. Virtual office plans with a business address and mail handling are also available at this location.

Pioneer Square is Seattle's oldest neighbourhood and the Pioneer Building is one of its best known addresses, a short walk from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum and the Seattle Waterfront. The surrounding streets are full of restaurants, coffee shops and everyday amenities, which makes it easy to step out for lunch, take a client to dinner or stay on after work. Connections are straightforward in every direction: multiple bus routes and the Link Light Rail serve the area for anyone coming in from Queen Anne, West Seattle or Rainier Valley, while I-5 and I-90 put Ballard, South Lake Union and Capitol Hill within a quick drive.
