The property is a minimalist contemporary structure completed in 1980, with an outdoor patio, an interpretive rock garden and a bright lobby behind a cedar wrapped entrance. The Expansive Lounge on the 3rd floor is the centre of the building: soft seating, work tables, a shared community kitchen, filtered water and limitless coffee, tea and espresso. Alongside fully furnished private offices and multi room team suites the building has 4 conference rooms sized for everything from small huddles to large presentations, 2 private phone booths with built in desks and ventilation, and a working mother's room with soft seating, a dedicated refrigerator, a locking door and electrical outlets. Secure lockable bike racks and an onsite covered garage with monthly and day rates serve the commute. Mail services, a shared printer and scanner and free guest wifi are part of membership. Expansive owns and operates the building it runs, so members can move between office sizes as their team changes.
