Constructed in 1971 and renovated in 2014, the property was formerly known as the Plaza at Audley and is recognizable by its minimalist arched windows, live oaks and landscaped grounds. Inside there is a sleek first floor lobby, bright sunlit interiors and a first floor building amenity center. Workspace runs from private offices and multi room team suites to dedicated desks and an open coworking area. Four meeting rooms are fitted with smart TV monitors and Polycom speaker phones, and there are day offices for one to four people plus event space. Members use the main Expansive Lounge on the sixth floor and a second common area on the first floor, alongside a community kitchen, private phone booths, complimentary tea, coffee and espresso, a mother's room, mail services, a shared printer and scanner and bike racks. Offices are fully furnished and the building offers 24/7 access.

Driving access is easy from Highway 59 and I-69 at Bellaire Junction and from Buffalo Speedway, and the location is a short commute from Larchmont, St. George Place, Southampton and Montrose. The entrance of the building is in the middle of the building, facing the parking garage. Parking is available on Levels 2, 3 or 4 of the parking garage; please make sure not to park in a reserved spot. The building is unlocked and easily accessible during business hours. You will be greeted by a security guard in the lobby, so please mention you are there to visit Expansive, then meet the team in the first floor lobby.

Expansive Upper Kirby offers fully furnished private offices, multi room team suites, dedicated desks, coworking memberships and access passes. For shorter needs there are day offices for one to four people, four meeting rooms, lounge passes and event space. A limited number of long term commercial spaces for retail, restaurant and office use is also available in the building.

Offices come fully furnished. Upper Kirby and Greenway is one of Houston's most central districts, sitting between River Oaks and Rice Village and roughly midway between the Galleria and Downtown. The area is surrounded by premier dining, retail and cultural destinations, so lunch, client dinners and after work drinks are all within easy reach of the building. The surrounding streets are lined with live oaks, and the property itself has landscaped grounds and a first floor building amenity center. Commuting in is straightforward from Highway 59 and I-69 at Bellaire Junction and along Buffalo Speedway, and nearby neighbourhoods such as Larchmont, St. George Place, Southampton and Montrose are all a short drive away.
