Private offices and team suites come fully furnished. Shared amenities include the Expansive Lounge on the fourth floor with soft seating and work tables, two conference rooms fitted with smart TV monitors, remote controls and Polycom speakerphones, and four private phone booths with built-in desks, ventilation and transparent doors. There is also a community kitchen, a private room for working mothers with soft seating, a dedicated refrigerator and a locking door, secure lockable bike racks, mail services and a shared printer and scanner. Onsite garage and surface parking is available to clients and guests at monthly and day rates, and a range of onsite private storage options can be added. The onsite team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
