MYO Victoria Street is a flexible workspace occupying two floors beside Westminster Cathedral, a short walk from Victoria Station. Private offices run from 12 to 50 plus desks and sit alongside 13,000 sq ft of communal areas arranged around a glazed central atrium, with a feature staircase linking the second and third floors. Members have six bookable meeting rooms, breakout lounges, focus booths and an on-site concierge team. The building also has end-of-trip facilities with towel service and is heated by air source heat pumps.

Alliance House at 12 Caxton Street is the newest building in the Imoxis portfolio and is set to offer the most shared space of any of them. Past a traditional Art Deco entrance porch, a dual aspect reception and living room open into the building, and the lower ground floor is given over entirely to clients, with meeting rooms, breakout space, a large kitchen inside Alliance Hall, a gym and a music and podcast room. Completed in 1938 to a design by Murrell and Pigott for the British Temperance Movement, on the former site of the Westminster Medical School, it keeps its black Crittall windows, Portland stone entrances, terrazzo and pitch pine herringbone parquet floors, and the oak panelled Alliance Hall at its centre. Reception is staffed from 08:30 to 18:00, and the building is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

MYO Piccadilly occupies two floors of Lucent, the Landsec building behind the Piccadilly Lights, directly above Piccadilly Circus station. The workspace holds private fitted offices for 8 to 80 plus desks alongside library-style snugs, breakout lounges, call booths and a communal kitchen. Seven bookable meeting rooms seat 4 to 34 people, and the Lucent Lounge on the upper level takes evening events for up to 40. Offices are let on all-inclusive terms with an on-site concierge team and end-of-trip facilities including 21 showers, lockers and cycle storage.
