The building is a few minutes by car from A2 exit 7, and the Zuilense Ring leads to the city centre and the A27. The Uraniumweg bus stop, about 500 m away, has buses to Utrecht Centraal in about 15 minutes and to Maarssen station in about 10 minutes.

The fifth floor of about 1,045 m² is available now. It is delivered in its current state with climate ceilings for heating and cooling, mechanical ventilation, a floor ready for covering, wall ducts with power cabling, toilet groups and sprinklers.

The office space is let on a conventional lease directly from the landlord, for five years with a five-year extension, with shorter terms open to discussion. It is delivered at standard office level, ready for your own fit out and furniture. Furniture, internet and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. The rent is quoted per m² per year and converted to a monthly figure, excluding VAT, and service costs for the shared areas and building installations are charged on top of the rent as an advance. Rent and service costs are paid quarterly in advance, and a bank guarantee or deposit is usual.
