Expansive Upper Kirby occupies a six floor building at 3120 Southwest Freeway in Houston's Upper Kirby and Greenway district. Constructed in 1971 and renovated in 2014, the property was formerly known as the Plaza at Audley and is recognizable by its minimalist arched windows, live oaks and landscaped grounds. Inside there is a sleek first floor lobby, bright sunlit interiors and a first floor building amenity center. Workspace runs from private offices and multi room team suites to dedicated desks and an open coworking area. Four meeting rooms are fitted with smart TV monitors and Polycom speaker phones, and there are day offices for one to four people plus event space. Members use the main Expansive Lounge on the sixth floor and a second common area on the first floor, alongside a community kitchen, private phone booths, complimentary tea, coffee and espresso, a mother's room, mail services, a shared printer and scanner and bike racks.
