MYO New Street Square is a six-floor flexible workspace occupying a standalone building within Landsec's New Street Square campus in Midtown London. It offers around 45,000 sq ft of private offices for teams of 12 to 140 or more, with meeting rooms, communal lounges and a rooftop terrace. The interiors use natural light, biophilic planting, timber finishes and green-toned terrazzo. The building also holds flagship event and conference space, including a sixth-floor lounge with a wraparound terrace over the London skyline.

Pavilion Kensington is a private members' club with serviced offices arranged around a light-filled atrium at 96 Kensington High Street, a minute from High Street Kensington station. It was the first Pavilion club and it ranges from single-person pods to suites for fifty, alongside co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms and zoom booths. Membership carries a barista and cafe, room service, printing and admin support, shower facilities, and access to The Ivy Brasserie next door. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.

Alliance House at 12 Caxton Street is the newest building in the Imoxis portfolio and is set to offer the most shared space of any of them. Past a traditional Art Deco entrance porch, a dual aspect reception and living room open into the building, and the lower ground floor is given over entirely to clients, with meeting rooms, breakout space, a large kitchen inside Alliance Hall, a gym and a music and podcast room. Completed in 1938 to a design by Murrell and Pigott for the British Temperance Movement, on the former site of the Westminster Medical School, it keeps its black Crittall windows, Portland stone entrances, terrazzo and pitch pine herringbone parquet floors, and the oak panelled Alliance Hall at its centre. Reception is staffed from 08:30 to 18:00, and the building is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Two former woodwork sites on Lyon Road in South Wimbledon, converted into more than 18,000 sq ft of private offices, creative studios, music studios and coworking desks. The buildings share communal kitchens, a lounge and a courtyard garden.

Pavilion City is a private members' club with serviced offices at Cannon Green, next door to Cannon Street station. Private offices from two to sixteen desks come fully fitted with bespoke furniture, warehouse-oak floors and floor-to-ceiling windows, and membership carries the club with it - an eighth-floor members' bar, two roof terraces with 360-degree views of the City skyline, members' lounges, a barista on site and 'The Listings' restaurant downstairs. Six serviced meeting and dining rooms, snug meeting rooms and phone booths are available on site, alongside state-of-the-art bike storage, lockers, changing rooms and showers.
