How to get there?
Het Laboratorium is on the Straatweg in Maarssen, close to the Maarssen exit of the A2 and the N230 (Zuilense Ring). Maarssen station, on the sprinter line between Utrecht and Amsterdam, is about 10 to 15 minutes on foot, and the Raadhuisstraat and Maarssen Dorp bus stops a short walk away have direct buses to Utrecht Centraal.

Two office units are available: unit 2 of about 25 m² on the ground floor, available now, and unit 3 of about 67 m² on the first floor, available from 1 January 2027. Unit 3 can use the shared meeting room on the first floor. The units are delivered in their current state with a shared pantry, air conditioning units where present, a system ceiling with an air handling system, the existing floor covering, shared toilets, partly opening windows and sun blinds. The monthly rents include the service-cost advance for gas, water and electricity, data and telecom are arranged and paid by the tenant, and the lease is one year with a one-year extension, with other terms by arrangement.

The rent is paid monthly in advance, and a security deposit of three months applies.
