The Hulstkampgebouw is a landmark national monument on the Maaskade on the Noordereiland in Rotterdam, at the foot of the Willemsbrug. Designed by architect J.P. Stok and built between 1889 and 1895 in neo-Renaissance style, with red brick, natural stone accents and richly detailed facades, it was first a margarine and cheese factory and later a distillery, which gave the building its name. Today it combines its industrial heritage with modern office use, with offices at the front, side and rear of the building.
