Jay Suites Bryant Park takes entire floors of 1441 Broadway, a Midtown tower with a dual-entry lobby opening onto both Broadway and Seventh Avenue. The 50,000 square foot centre holds 151 furnished executive suites with sweeping views over the Midtown skyline, and counts Tommy Hilfiger and Liz Claiborne among the building's other tenants.

Seven meeting rooms run from a five-person room up to a 52-person conference space with magnetic mobile whiteboards and in-table HDMI, power and USB. A grand elevator foyer leads into a reception of glass and stainless steel, and fingerprint access secures every floor.

1441 Broadway sits in the middle of Midtown's densest transit cluster, with subway entrances directly outside the building and Port Authority and Penn Station both a few minutes away. Times Square is at one end of the block and Bryant Park at the other, with a street-level pedestrian mall of chairs, tables and rotating art exhibitions immediately outside. The surrounding streets are thick with banks, restaurants, retail, coffee shops and copy centres, and the building itself houses name-brand fashion tenants.
