It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.

15 West 38th Street sits in the Garment District just west of Fifth Avenue, next to the landmarked Lord and Taylor building. Penn Station and the Port Authority are both minutes away, which makes it straightforward for tri-state commuters, and Long Island Rail Road, NJ Transit and PATH services all run close by. Macy's, Bryant Park, Times Square, Radio City and the Museum of Modern Art are all within walking distance, as is the full run of Fifth Avenue retail. Nearby hotels include the Archer, the Refinery and the Langham Fifth Avenue, and the surrounding blocks are dense with banks, coffee shops and business-lunch restaurants.
