Pavilion Kensington is a private members' club with serviced offices arranged around a light-filled atrium at 96 Kensington High Street, a minute from High Street Kensington station. It was the first Pavilion club and it ranges from single-person pods to suites for fifty, alongside co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms and zoom booths. Membership carries a barista and cafe, room service, printing and admin support, shower facilities, and access to The Ivy Brasserie next door. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.

Pavilion Knightsbridge is a private members' club with serviced offices behind a palladian frontage at 64 Knightsbridge, thirty seconds from Knightsbridge station and facing Hyde Park. Offices sit on the mezzanine and upper floors above a ground-floor atrium bar and restaurant, with members' lounges, co-working space and a roof terrace looking over the park. Membership carries an on-site barista, all-day dining, room service, printing and admin support, shower facilities and a weekly member events programme. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.

A London stock townhouse with a members' club feel, still affordable. Six floors hold nine self-contained spaces, each with its own kitchen, meeting rooms and breakout areas, plus shared lounge space, a roof garden, phone booths and bean-to-cup barista coffee. Small offices of 275 sq ft suit 6-8 people, larger offices from 550 sq ft take 14-18, and a whole floor of 1,400 sq ft fits up to 32 desks.
