Pavilion Kensington is a private members' club with serviced offices arranged around a light-filled atrium at 96 Kensington High Street, a minute from High Street Kensington station. It was the first Pavilion club and it ranges from single-person pods to suites for fifty, alongside co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms and zoom booths. Membership carries a barista and cafe, room service, printing and admin support, shower facilities, and access to The Ivy Brasserie next door. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.

Located bang on the bridge, right on the river in the heart of SE1, with a Thames vista stretching from St Paul's to Tower Bridge. Smaller offices from 150 sq ft take 4-12 people and come furnished to your taste; larger offices from 560 sq ft take 14-40 with internal glass-fronted meeting rooms. There are more meeting rooms per person here than at any other Sandbox location — all free for members and bookable through an app — alongside plenty of communal breakout space and games areas.

A newly converted townhouse in the heart of London Bridge, designed with vibes in mind — huge sash windows and tall ceilings set off by earthy, calming colours and fun detailing. Small offices from 300 sq ft suit 6-10 people with loads of light; larger offices of 1,200 sq ft take up to 36, fitted with private lounge areas, glass-fronted meeting rooms, internal kitchens and phone booths. Meeting rooms across the building, from 4-person spaces to a large boardroom, are free for members.

Towering ceiling voids, a dedicated cinema room and thoughtfully designed focus areas come together in a space built for deep work. The lower ground has been transformed into a smart, efficient environment originally fitted out for visual-effects production — fibre-connected screening and review rooms, a dedicated machine room, and meeting rooms finished in natural materials.
