Pavilion Fulham is a private members' club with serviced offices at 81-83 Fulham High Street, thirty seconds from Putney Bridge station and just off the river. Newly refurbished offices run from single rooms to eight-desk suites, with a garden hut office on the lawn, alongside co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms and zoom booths. Membership carries an on-site gym with changing rooms and showers, a restaurant and members' bar, a large garden, communal kitchens, secure bike storage, printing and admin support. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.

MYO Piccadilly occupies two floors of Lucent, the Landsec building behind the Piccadilly Lights, directly above Piccadilly Circus station. The workspace holds private fitted offices for 8 to 80 plus desks alongside library-style snugs, breakout lounges, call booths and a communal kitchen. Seven bookable meeting rooms seat 4 to 34 people, and the Lucent Lounge on the upper level takes evening events for up to 40. MYO New Street Square is a six-floor flexible workspace occupying a standalone building within Landsec's New Street Square campus in Midtown London. It offers around 45,000 sq ft of private offices for teams of 12 to 140 or more, with meeting rooms, communal lounges and a rooftop terrace. The interiors use natural light, biophilic planting, timber finishes and green-toned terrazzo. The building also holds flagship event and conference space, including a sixth-floor lounge with a wraparound terrace over the London skyline.

Built in 1889, 14 Old Queen Street is a discreet converted Victorian townhouse holding a handful of well proportioned private offices. It stands a short walk from St James's Park and the Palace of Westminster, and its roof terrace looks across to Methodist Central Hall, where the United Nations held its first meeting in 1947. The street itself is first recorded in 1547, on the south side of a royal deer park; the road just north of it was named Birdcage Walk after the aviaries Charles II kept there. Reception is staffed from 08:30 to 18:00, and the building is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
