The office floor is let on a conventional lease directly from the landlord, for five years with a five-year extension, with other terms negotiable. It is delivered as a renovated shell, so you fit it out to your own wishes. Furniture, internet and data, and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. The rent is quoted per m² per year and converted to a monthly figure, excluding VAT; service costs for the shared areas and building installations are charged on top of the rent as an advance. Parking spaces in the garage are rented separately. A bank guarantee or deposit is usual.
Spaces are available in the Argonaut parking garage at a ratio of 1 per 28 m², and more can be rented by arrangement. There is also a public P+R and paid street parking on the Barchman Wuytierslaan.
