The first to fourth floors are available: about 126 m² on the first floor, about 261 m² on the second floor and about 273 m² each on the third and fourth floors, and partial letting is negotiable. The floors are delivered in renovated shell condition with a new entrance, new system ceilings with LED lighting, new toilets on each floor, new air handling, district heating with a VRF system for cooling and heating, a pantry and floors ready for covering. Because of the renovation, the space is expected to be ready in the first quarter of 2027, with the exact date by arrangement.
