Utopicus Travessera is a 2,400 sqm workspace across two floors of a newly renovated Colonial owned building, a few metres from two of Barcelona's main streets, Avinguda Diagonal and Via Augusta. The building is designed to host companies only, in HQ Flex or Office Suite format, on private and exclusive floors with all services included and exclusive use of the facilities. Its four modules hold five private offices and up to 172 workstations, together with 14 meeting rooms, 11 phone booths and a multipurpose room for events and training.
