Alliance House at 12 Caxton Street is the newest building in the Imoxis portfolio and is set to offer the most shared space of any of them. Past a traditional Art Deco entrance porch, a dual aspect reception and living room open into the building, and the lower ground floor is given over entirely to clients, with meeting rooms, breakout space, a large kitchen inside Alliance Hall, a gym and a music and podcast room. Completed in 1938 to a design by Murrell and Pigott for the British Temperance Movement, on the former site of the Westminster Medical School, it keeps its black Crittall windows, Portland stone entrances, terrazzo and pitch pine herringbone parquet floors, and the oak panelled Alliance Hall at its centre. Reception is staffed from 08:30 to 18:00, and the building is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Pavilion Fulham is a private members' club with serviced offices at 81-83 Fulham High Street, thirty seconds from Putney Bridge station and just off the river. Newly refurbished offices run from single rooms to eight-desk suites, with a garden hut office on the lawn, alongside co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms and zoom booths. Membership carries an on-site gym with changing rooms and showers, a restaurant and members' bar, a large garden, communal kitchens, secure bike storage, printing and admin support. MYO King's Cross is an 80,000 sq ft flexible workspace operated by Landsec, a few minutes' walk from King's Cross and St Pancras International. It offers fully fitted private offices for 12 to 200 desks on all-inclusive terms, alongside 16 bookable meeting rooms, 22 focus booths and a top-floor penthouse with a private terrace.
