Penhurst Properties has been investing in and managing property since 1987 and opened its first serviced offices in 2009, with centres now in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Battersea. Four private offices available, from 590 pounds per month plus VAT
Lonsdale Gate has four private offices on the current price list. A 90 sq ft ground floor office for one to two desks at 590 pounds a month plus VAT, available from 1 December 2026. A 116 sq ft first floor office for two to three desks at 780 pounds a month plus VAT, available from 1 October 2026. A 113 sq ft first floor office for two to three desks at 750 pounds a month plus VAT, available now. And a 110 sq ft first floor office for one to two desks at 660 pounds a month plus VAT, available from 1 October 2026. All prices are subject to VAT and are taken from the operator's September to December 2026 price list.

All prices are subject to VAT.
Parking is 150 pounds a month, the service charge is 19.50 pounds a month and line rental is 30 pounds a month, each plus VAT and each only if required. Meeting room hire is 30 pounds an hour, 75 pounds for a half day of up to four hours and 110 pounds for a full day. The boardroom is 40 pounds an hour, 110 pounds for a half day and 160 pounds for a full day. All plus VAT.
Two, both fully equipped with a conference phone, a large flat screen TV, AV, broadband and Wi-Fi, with air conditioning and refreshments available. The boardroom seats up to eight and the meeting room up to ten. Meeting rooms can also be hired at the operator's centres in Tonbridge and Battersea.
Limited secure gated parking is available on site to tenants at 150 pounds a month plus VAT. There is also safe bicycle storage, and Tunbridge Wells railway station is about 200 metres away.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are payable by standing order, with a six week deposit required. Flexible contract terms can be arranged.

A mailing address including parcel collection is 40 pounds a month, a registered office with mailing address is 50 pounds, the full virtual office adding two hours of boardroom use a month is 100 pounds, and the VIP package adding telephone answering is 150 pounds. All plus VAT, with a one-time setup fee of 75 pounds plus VAT and a minimum term of six months. Post forwarding is available at cost.
Yes. Dogs are welcome at Lonsdale Gate. Tenants also have access to local partner discounts arranged by the centre.
Offices run from one to fifteen workstations and terms are flexible, so you can move between suites as the team changes. Rotating staff across different days is fine.
