Private offices run from 73 sq ft for one or two people up to 635 sq ft for a team of fifteen, all finished to a high standard and fully furnished with desks, chairs and handsets. Every office has its own air conditioning and heating, high-speed broadband and VoIP telephony. A staffed reception team greets visitors, answers calls personally and handles post and administration. Lonsdale Gate has four private offices on the current list. A 90 sq ft ground floor office for one to two desks, available from 1 December 2026.
