Utopicus José Abascal is a 2,351 sqm flexible workspace spread over two floors in the heart of Madrid's Chamberí district. Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio with Utopicus's own architecture team, the concept takes its cues from the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, which shows in the way the floors are laid out and in the shapes and colours used throughout. The building holds 41 private offices for companies of any size and room for up to 371 workstations, along with six meeting rooms, one training room, five phone booths, a Working Pass area of 24 seats and four large meeting places set along its corridors.

Utopicus Francisco Silvela offers 3,500 sqm of flexible workspace across four floors in the Guindalera quarter of Madrid, on the emblematic Calle de Francisco Silvela. The building stands in Madrid Moderno, a British influenced quarter of low houses, wooden balconies and small gardens built under the influence of the British engineers who came to the capital to construct its first underground line. Designed by the architect Idoia Otegui, the interiors take their cues from the neighbourhood's own history. This is a Colonial owned building and it holds BREEAM Part 1 Excellent and BREEAM Part 2 Excellent certification. There are 34 private offices and capacity for up to 450 workstations, alongside seven meeting rooms, one training room, four phone booths and a 30 seat Working Pass area with 24/7 access, with services included.

Utopicus Príncipe de Vergara occupies four floors of The Window Building, a Colonial property whose building works were carried out by Ortiz y León, with the interior concept created by Madrid In Love. The 4,831 sqm space was conceived around the idea of working somewhere that feels like home, and it is divided into work apartments that house different business communities alongside generous shared areas. It offers 28 private offices and up to 580 workstations, four meeting rooms, one training room, an auditorium, five phone booths, a Working Pass coworking area and a shared terrace.
