Inside, the building is a mix of small private offices, creative studios and soundproof music studios. Every unit is private and lockable, and residents are free to equip and customise their space: current residents have turned their rooms into photo studios, painting studios, beauty rooms and workrooms. There are also coworking desks for people who need a desk rather than a room, a bookable meeting room and a communal lounge on the first floor.
