Delivery differs per office, so check each office's card: unit 2B on the second floor and unit 6A on the sixth floor are delivered at standard office level with the current fit-out, ready for your own furniture, and unit 6B is delivered as a renovated shell for your own fit out, with a turnkey finish negotiable. Furniture, internet and data, and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. The rent is quoted per m² per year and converted to a monthly figure, excluding VAT; service costs for the shared areas and building installations are charged on top of the rent as an advance. Parking spaces in the garage are rented separately. A bank guarantee or deposit is usual.
