Enclave Columbia is on the ground floor of an office building on Charter Drive, about a mile west of Columbia Town Center. Eleven private offices sit around a lounge and coworking area with a kitchen and coffee bar, breakout seating and phone rooms. Offices are private and lockable with 24/7 access via the Enclave access app, and are let unfurnished so members can fit them out to suit the way they work. Wi-Fi, utilities and cleaning are included in the monthly rate, along with two hours of conference-room time each week. These are the cheapest private offices Enclave has in the DMV.
