Morning Duhesme is an independent coworking and private office building on rue Duhesme, on the north slope of Montmartre in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. It runs to 1,900 sqm across 3 floors of an industrial style building lit by a glazed roof, and can hold a team of up to 200 people. There are meeting rooms, phone booths, a gym, a nap room, a games room, showers, equipped kitchens, relaxation corners, a bike park and three outdoor spaces. The metro at Lamarck-Caulaincourt on line 12 is a few steps from the door.

An independent office building on the north slope of Montmartre

Morning Duhesme sits on rue Duhesme in the 18th arrondissement, a few steps from the Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro on the quiet side of Montmartre. It is an industrial style building of 1,900 sqm over 3 floors, lit from above by a glazed roof, and it works as a whole address rather than a floor in someone else's block. A team can take a private office, an independent floor or the entire building, with room for up to 200 people.

The fit out leans atypical. Palms grow under the roof lights in the main lounge, cafe style tables run along the open floor, and the working areas sit behind glazed partitions rather than in a corridor of cells. Meeting rooms and phone booths are spread across the three levels, and three outdoor spaces give you somewhere to take a call or a coffee in the fresh air.

Whether you are a growing company or a team that wants a building of its own, the day to day is covered, with a gym on site, a nap room and a games room, four showers, equipped kitchens, relaxation corners, a bike park, and the Morning team on reception handling guests and mail.

Morning's published rates for this building start at 450 EUR excluding VAT per workstation per month for a private office, an independent floor or the whole building. Ask us for a quote on a specific office, since Morning price private offices per workstation rather than per room.
