It runs to 2,600 sqm across 6 floors in a building reworked by the architect Axel Schoenert, and holds private offices, independent floors and light filled shared offices, some of them with private terraces and a view of the Eiffel Tower. There are 7 named meeting rooms, a glass roofed courtyard, a coffee counter, phone booths, a gym, showers and a rooftop looking across to the Iron Lady and the rooftops of Paris. Trocadero and Boissiere are both a short walk from the door.

Coworking and private offices in Chaillot, a few steps from place du Trocadero

Morning Trocadero sits on rue Magdebourg in the 16th arrondissement, between avenue Kleber and avenue du President Wilson and a couple of minutes from place du Trocadero. The building runs to 2,600 sqm across 6 floors, reworked by the architect Axel Schoenert, and keeps the period details of the address, from the stone stair with its arched window to the glass roofed courtyard at its heart.

Private offices and independent floors suit teams that want a door of their own, and the shared offices are bright and calm. Some of the offices open onto private terraces, and several of them look straight at the Eiffel Tower, as does the rooftop on the top of the building.

Seven named meeting rooms cover formats from a seven person catch up to a thirteen person session, and the coffee counter, the lounge and the breakout corners carry the rest of the day. A gym and showers sit alongside the workspace, phone booths are spread across the floors, and the Morning team on reception handles guests and mail.

Morning's published rates for this building start at 690 EUR excluding VAT per workstation per month for a private office or an independent floor, 690 EUR excluding VAT per desk per month for a dedicated desk in an open plan office, and 280 EUR excluding VAT per desk per month for a non assigned hot desk. Meeting rooms run from 50 to 135 EUR excluding VAT per hour with a two hour minimum. Ask us for a quote on a specific office, since Morning price private offices per workstation rather than per room.
