The metro at Bourse is a couple of minutes from the door.

Coworking and private offices beside the Bourse in Paris 2

Morning Vivienne sits on rue des Filles Saint-Thomas, the short street that runs behind the Palais Brongniart in the 2nd arrondissement. It is a period building of 1,700 sqm, arranged around a rotunda staircase that climbs under a glazed dome, in a quarter where the old exchange, the covered passages and a dense working neighbourhood sit side by side.

The offices are modular, so a team can take a room, a floor or the whole building, and the shared offices are bright and calm. Several of them open onto private balconies with an unobstructed view over the Parisian rooftops.

Six named meeting rooms cover formats from a two person call to a ten person session, and there are comfortable lounges, a coffee counter, phone booths, a gym and a wellness area for the rest of the day. Reception is personal rather than automated, and the services are all inclusive, so your team can concentrate on the work.

Morning's published rates for this building start at 950 EUR excluding VAT per workstation per month for a private office or an independent floor, and 280 EUR excluding VAT per desk per month for a non assigned hot desk. Meeting rooms run from 15 to 65 EUR excluding VAT per hour with a two hour minimum. Ask us for a quote on a specific office, since Morning price private offices per workstation rather than per room.
