The newer of the two adds six bright offices, two meeting rooms and its own open space, and can be taken either office by office or as a single 150 square metre managed floor. Offices are let month to month with no long commitment, one month deposit and three months notice, and the rent is fixed with charges included: electricity, cleaning and professional wifi. Coffee, tea and chilled water are free, an office manager is on site every weekday, and members have 24/7 access by badge or door code.
