MYO St Paul's is a Landsec flexible workspace at One New Change in the City of London, set across three floors directly opposite St Paul's Cathedral. It offers fully fitted private offices from 24 to more than 100 desks, supported by 9,600 sq ft of shared amenity space with breakout lounges, focus areas and privacy booths. Six bookable meeting rooms seat 4 to 20 people, and a 120-capacity events suite plus a 100-capacity lounge handle larger gatherings. Members sit above the One New Change retail centre and can use its public rooftop terrace, which looks across the cathedral and the City.

MYO King's Cross is an 80,000 sq ft flexible workspace operated by Landsec, a few minutes' walk from King's Cross and St Pancras International. It offers fully fitted private offices for 12 to 200 desks on all-inclusive terms, alongside 16 bookable meeting rooms, 22 focus booths and a top-floor penthouse with a private terrace. Wellbeing and service facilities include two staffed receptions with 24-hour security, a members' gym, a yoga studio and treatment rooms. The building also houses The Stables, a 13,000 sq ft Grade II listed standalone event venue.

Two former woodwork sites on Lyon Road in South Wimbledon, converted into more than 18,000 sq ft of private offices, creative studios, music studios and coworking desks. The buildings share communal kitchens, a lounge and a courtyard garden.

A 10,000 sq ft repurposed textile factory on Argall Avenue with maker studios, creative studios and music studios for makers, designers and musicians, plus on-site parking.
